2. Matters created by or with the written consent of Stadco;
3. Matters approved in writing by Stadco;
4. The Redevelopment Plan;
5. The Memorandum of Agreement;
6. The Memorandum of Ground Lease; and
7. The Memorandum of Stadium Lease.
