DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (STADIUM LEASE) SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE

Several principles apply to an effective understanding of this Schedule of Performance:

• (i) all terms used herein have the same meanings as provided in the Agreement;
• (ii) parentheticalg numbers are references to sections of the Agreement, as the dates described herein are not exhaustive of all dates described in the Agreement;
• (iii) the Target Dates provided herein are for informational purposes only and are not binding in any way on Stadco or the Stadium Authority; and
• (iv) in the event of an inconsistency between this Schedule of Performance and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail.
