49ers Management Company (abbreviated "Managementco" in the DDA) is a new affiliate of the San Francisco Forty Niners, Ltd that will be responsible for the day to day operations of the new Santa Clara 49ers stadium. 49ers Management Company will operate based on a "Stadium Management Agreement", to be agreed upon between the Forty Niners Stadium, LLC and the Santa Clara Stadium Authority. 49ers Management Company will be responsible for:
The initial term of the Stadium Management Agreement will be for 25 years and can be renewed for the life of the stadium (40 to 60 years).
Contracts with the stadium, such as for offsite stadium parking and concession stands, will be with 49ers Management Company.
49ers Management Company will provide a line of credit (per the "Line of Credit Agreement") to the Santa Clara Stadium Authority. The maximum amount that will be loaned via the Line of Credit Agreement is $25 million dollars.
